We hope you love your Aqua Training Bag as much as we do but if it did not meet your expectations, and 60 days have not come and gone, then please ship it back with the instructions below.

RETURN POLICY

Aqua Training Bags must be shipped back to the Aqua Training Bag warehouse at 65 Harrison Street, Gloversville, New York 12078, within 60 days from your purchase date. Proof of purchase must be presented. Aqua Training Bag is not responsible for the shipping cost of your return.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. First contact customercare@aquatrainingbag.com and let us know that you would like to make a return.  Be sure to let us know why you would like to return your Aqua Training Bag. Also include proof of purchase in your email as we cannot except anything outside of the 60 day range (from date of purchase).
  2. Get an RGA number. When you contact our customer care team, you will be given an RGA number that will be associated with your return. It will be very important to add this number to the box of your shipment to us so we know, without a doubt, that it is yours.
  3. Ship Your Return. When you ship your return back to us, we suggest sending a tracking number to the Aqua Training Bag customer care team member that you are working with so we know to look for it and begin your refund process at the earliest possibility. Most credits are posted to your credit card within 14 business days of Aqua Training Bag receiving and processing your return.
