Remove the plug with a No. 2 screwdriver or a coin, make sure the rubber section is fully removed, attach the filling nozzle to a hose, and add water until the bag reaches the preferred firmness. More water makes it firmer. If wrinkles remain, add a little air with a ball-inflation needle while the plug assembly is in place.

Take the bag down first. Put it outside or in a shower or bath, remove the plug, then press and squeeze the bag to force the water out.

Use the average participant height as a guide. A suggested starting point is to put the bag's equator at about 5 ft 2 in. A group with a wide height range can hang bags at several different levels.

Yes. Aqua Training Bags are waterproof and UV-resistant. In freezing weather, however, the water inside can freeze. Never strike a frozen bag.

Either a permanent mount or a free-standing support can be used; the choice depends on the installation and training space.

Use a heavy bag stand rated by its manufacturer for at least the filled weight of your bag: 190, 120, 75, 35 or 15 lb, depending on the model. Follow the stand manufacturer's installation and use instructions.

Yes. The water can freeze. Never strike an Aqua Training Bag while it is frozen.

No. The sensor reading shows total or ‘true’ force rather than PSI. The result is influenced by body weight, technique, contact area and strength.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received, normally within 3–5 business days. Most card credits appear within 14 business days of receiving and processing the return.

Aqua Training Bags are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from purchase, provided they have not been abused, neglected or misused. Repair or replacement is subject to the full warranty terms.
